1. Acceptance of Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Termination and Suspension

• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any illegal use of the Platform.

• Failure to provide requested verification documents.

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You must cease all use of the Platform. We will process any withdrawal of legitimate remaining balances in your account, subject to verification of identity and compliance with these Terms. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ph544. Any claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a representative or member of any purported class or representative proceeding.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1 Severability
